Fletchers’ mills are crafted in New Vineyard, Maine and the Fletchers’ family sources as many materials as possible locally and regionally. Using their own modernized sawmill, the Fletchers brothers oversee the process from raw logs to turning the wood into finished products. Fletchers mills are durable and are an asset in our kitchen. The grinding mechanism is comfortable to use and produces a high output. The Provencal mills are denoted with “Poivre” or “Sel” on the mill. The traditional French styling of this mill is simple and elegant and makes a charming statement on the table. The knob on top of the mill allows for easy adjustment: the tighter it is, the finer the grind. The stainless steel mechanism is used specifically for grinding pepper. The nylon crushing mechanism is specific for salt and will not corrode. Sold separately.
